It means that your Facebook profile has been disconnected from our platform!
You will be able to identify when this happens as a red circle and exclamation mark is showing up around your Instagram Profile icon on the top left of our main page, we would also have sent you an email a day in order to call your attention on this.
When this is the case, you need to re-authenticate so we can continue to collect and calculate your data.
To do so, you will have to:
- Sign into pro.iconosquare.com
- Click on the cog icon at the top right of the page
- Click on "Social Profiles"
- Click on "reactivate account"
- Enter your correct Facebook credentials and if successful, we will start pulling in your data again. This could take up to 30 mins depending on how long we were disconnected.
